Installed Silverlight. On install none of the Controls could be used in the Control Toolbox. Installed Expression Blend, but still had issues changing between Expression Blend and Visual Studio. Copying the Xaml code over to a VS Silverlight Application worked after renaming a Page variable in the C# code, but I couldn't add any events to objects created in EB.
Enough for today, will give it another go later, although 30 days left for Expression Blend, bummer.
